LEARNING ASSESSMENT
Psychoeducational Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation of how you think, learn, and perform academically. Our psychoeducational assessment combines in-depth cognitive testing with academic achievement testing to identify learning disabilities, ADHD, and areas of strength, and gives you a detailed report to support accommodations at school, in post-secondary programs, or at work.

INFORMATION
What Is A Psychoeducational Assessment?
A psychoeducational assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of how a person thinks, learns, processes information, and performs academically. It examines cognitive abilities such as reasoning, attention, memory, working memory, and processing speed, alongside academic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics. The assessment provides a detailed profile of an individual’s cognitive and academic strengths and areas of difficulty.
The results explain why learning feels harder than it should, or why effort is not showing up in grades. They can lead to a formal diagnosis, such as a learning disability or ADHD, and to clear, practical recommendations for support.
Who Is It For?
We assess teens (age 12+) and adults. A psychoeducational assessment may be a good fit if you or your teen:
-
Work hard but struggle with reading, writing, or math
-
Need much more time than peers on tests and assignments
-
Suspect a learning disability or ADHD
-
Need current documentation for school, post-secondary, or exam accommodations
