She works flexibly and thoughtfully, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities - including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and exploratory talk therapy - to meet the unique needs of each client. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel free to fully express themselves, explore new insights, and work toward living in alignment with their values.
