Do you have trouble wrapping up the final details of a project? Do you often avoid tasks that require a lot of mental effort? Do you lose focus easily? If these symptoms resonate with you, an ADHD assessment might be a good idea.
The Process
Our ADHD Asssessment Process
Intake Session
Complete the Intake Assessment Session with your clinician (60 minutes) to evaluate your mental health, medical history, and screen for ADHD symptoms.
Follow Up & Measures
Attend 1-2 follow-up 50 minute session(s) with your clinician to cross the t's and dot the i's and make sure we arrive at the correct diagnosis (we are thorough!).
​Complete assessment questionnaires that are sent directly to your email.
Report Writing
Your clinician will take the time to craft the assessment report with all of the information gathered. The report will include your background information, any relevant diagnoses, and treatment recommendations.
Feedback
Meet with your clinician for the feedback session to review the report and treatment recommendations together. You will receive a detailed psychological assessment report you can provide to your school, post secondary institution, family doctor, etc.
