About Raechel

Raechel Hamill is currently a Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) student at Adler Graduate Professional School. She completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Brock University.

 

Raechel developed her clinical skills during her previous practicum placement providing both assessment and psychotherapy services and during her time as a volunteer crisis responder at Distress Centre Niagara. She primarily supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and neurodiverse identities. Raechel’s approach to therapy is collaborative and flexible. She draws upon a range of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to meet each client’s unique needs. She strives to create a safe, neuro-affirming, non-judgmental space.​​
