Reut Zaro is an operations and strategy leader with over 20 years of professional experience, including more than a decade in senior leadership roles across healthcare, technology, non-profit, and service-based organizations. She brings extensive expertise in operations management, finance, human resources, project management, service delivery, and organizational growth.

Reut holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in International Relations and History from The Open University of Israel and has pursued additional training in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and business operations. Throughout her career, she has led operational transformations, built scalable systems, managed cross-functional teams, and supported organizations through periods of rapid growth, change, and strategic development.
