Our administrative team can submit claims directly to many major insurance companies on your behalf, reducing paperwork and saving you time and money coming out of your pocket. The Process
Our Direct Billing Process
Book Your Session
Schedule your therapy or assessment appointment with the clinician that's right for you. If you have questions about insurance coverage before booking, our team is happy to help.
Share Insurance Information
Before your appointment, we'll ask you for your insurance details so we can determine whether direct billing is available under your plan.
We Submit Your Claim
After your appointment, we'll submit your claim directly to your insurance provider whenever possible. There's no additional paperwork for you to complete.
Pay Balance (if Any)
If your insurance covers the full cost of your appointment, there's nothing more to pay. If your plan includes a co-payment, deductible, or partial coverage, you'll simply pay the remaining balance.
